Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience in federal program analysis, governance, policy research, or project coordination.
  • Excellent writing and note-taking skills, including the ability to accurately capture complex discussions.
  • Strong organizational judgment and discretion in classified or sensitive environments.
  • Experience with schedules, action tracking, risk logs, dashboards, or executive reporting.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain Sensitive Compartmented Information access.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Ability to work onsite in Arlington, Virginia; approved telework may be available only as authorized by the Government.
  • Ability to complete applicable security or suitability processing and, where applicable, obtain and maintain a favorable DHS Fitness Determination.
  • Ability to complete pre-employment screening.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain sector governance artifacts, membership records, decision logs, action trackers, dashboards, and procedural documents.
  • Plan and execute classified and unclassified engagements, including registration, logistics, agendas, pre-reads, briefing packages, and onsite support.
  • Take thorough notes in classified settings and develop accurate notes for the record in accordance with security requirements.
  • Research cyber, physical-security, critical-infrastructure, resilience, and cross-sector issues.
  • Analyze engagement data, participation trends, risks, dependencies, milestones, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Prepare executive summaries, briefings, white papers, status reports, and recommendations using CISA and Department of Homeland Security templates.
  • Coordinate with senior officials and sector stakeholders and follow actions through completion.
  • Provide rapid analytical and documentation support during emergent operational or national-level events.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior CISA, Department of Homeland Security, intelligence-community, or critical-infrastructure experience.
  • Experience supporting senior officials in classified meetings.
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365.
