About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in HRGA roles, including at least 3 years in a leadership position, is required.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, human resources best practices, and general affairs management is required.
- Proven leadership and people management skills are required.
- Experience with HRIS and office management systems is an advantage.
- Develop and execute human resources strategies aligned with business goals.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee development programs.
- Oversee general affairs, including office management, facility maintenance, and procurement services.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Lead employee relations initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Manage HRGA budgets and optimize resource utilization.
- Coordinate with department heads to address human resources and general affairs needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
