The Asana marketing team is focused on driving growth and building a brand that customers love. We focus not only on driving ARR/pipeline and acquiring users, but also on creating content and campaigns targeted to net new accounts and also nurturing existing teams and driving them to upgrade. Our team is growing rapidly, and includes team members focused on revenue marketing, product marketing, content creation, partnerships, ads, and lifecycle marketing.
The EMEA Channel and Growth Markets Marketing Manager will be responsible for defining our approach to partner marketing across EMEA as well as our approach to marketing in our most important growth regions. They will collaborate with regional channel leadership, sales leadership, SDR, BDR and x-functional marketing teams to design, build and execute Asana’s Channel and Growth Markets marketing strategy. In this brand new role, you’ll have the opportunity to build a strategy and approach from scratch.
This role is based in our London office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve
Channel Marketing
- Design, build and execute the regional partner marketing strategy in partnership with regional channel leadership:
- Marketing to partners to attract new partners into the Asana ecosystem
- Marketing with partners to generate demand and scale our business
- Own execution of partner activations at flagship events, Work Innovation Summit, across Europe. Own partner MDF and allocation, and impact tracking of partner marketing activities
- Scale regional activities and approach with partners for hyper relevancy in local markets, defining approach and metrics of success
Growth Markets
- Drive and accelerate pipeline growth for Benelux, Nordics and other tier 2 regions by developing and executing a full funnel, integrated marketing strategy including campaigns, webinars and events.
- Partner with x-functional marketing stakeholders (Global Campaigns, Demand Generation, Growth/Paid Media, Product Marketing, Content, Brand Events, Executive Programs/Executive Briefing Center, and more) to identify areas of collaboration to optimise pipeline generation in region
- “Glocal” approach - interact and promote global campaigns to the region and drive impact in partnership with sales, localise as necessary
- Serve as the key liaison between the Marketing and Revenue teams, establishing yourself as the trusted marketing partner for revenue leaders in Northern Europe.
- Take ownership of marketing pipeline targets for Northern Europe and support overall business objectives by effectively utilizing marketing levers.
- Representing marketing with regional sales leadership and co-owning regional pipeline strategy with SDR/ BDR and Channel
- Activating the Asana Community in region in partnership with Community Team
About You
- Track record of success scaling marketing strategies across Europe with particular focus on growth and emerging markets
- Over 7 years experience in enterprise software sales and strong understanding of indirect partner sales within a Saas environment
- Operationally strong, able to build strategy from scratch in partnership with key stakeholders
- Highly collaborative, effective partner across the team; comfortable operating within matrixed and highly ambiguous environment
- Strategic Thinker: You have a strong ability to think strategically and have experience in building full-funnel, integrated marketing strategies
- Channel Marketing Expertise: You have a deep understanding of channel marketing and can tailor marketing programs to work effectively with partners
- Results & Data Driven Mindset: You have a track record of delivering measurable results and optimizing marketing efforts based on data-driven insights. You possess strong analytical skills and can tell a narrative based on data.
- Strong Communication and Presentation Abilities: You are an effective communicator and can confidently present marketing strategies to stakeholders

To ensure pay is fair and not impacted by biases, we’re committed to looking at market value which is why we check ourselves and conduct a yearly pay equity audit.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between £93,000 - £119,000. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified.
In addition to base salary, your compensation package may include additional components such as equity, sales incentive pay (for most sales roles), and benefits.
