- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from stakeholders across banking functions such as lending, deposits, and wealth management through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
- Map existing banking processes, identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and propose solutions to optimize operations.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making and business strategy.
- Collaborate with project teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Create business cases for new initiatives, including cost-benefit analysis and return on investment calculations.
- Work with information technology teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications for new systems or system upgrades.
- Participate in user acceptance testing to ensure new systems meet business needs and user expectations.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Stay updated on banking regulations and ensure business solutions comply with relevant laws.
