Requirements
  • BA/BS in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, econometrics, or computer science
  • Minimum of 3 years' industry experience in data science, preferably with exposure to financial and forecasting models
  • Proficient in statistical modeling
  • Expertise in SQL and relational databases, along with proficiency in programming languages such as R or Python
Responsibilities
  • Develop, refine, and maintain models for our treasury hedging program, ensuring they align with the overall financial strategy and risk management objectives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Treasury, Engineers, and other Data Scientists, to ensure cohesive strategy and execution
  • Engage in stakeholder management, effectively communicating with various teams and levels within the organization to gather input and share insights
  • Drive the process of extracting actionable insights from complex data sets to influence business growth and strategic decision-making
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in data science to continually enhance our modeling techniques and approaches
