About the job

Requirements
  • Four to seven years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or go-to-market operations, with demonstrated growth in scope and ownership.
  • Experience independently scoping, sequencing, and shipping cross-functional work through partners without direct management authority.
  • Experience configuring CRM pipelines, lifecycle stages, workflows, routing, and quoting, with the ability to assess whether an existing setup is sound.
  • Sufficient command of outbound and event demand generation to design campaign tests, define success criteria, and evaluate results accurately.
  • Experience in financial services or specialty finance.
  • Ability to present to revenue leaders and take ownership of assigned areas.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively in writing and in person, teach others effectively, and produce process documentation.
  • Ability to size an opportunity, identify trade-offs, and turn analysis into an actionable recommendation.
  • Strong Excel or Sheets skills and the ability to investigate reports critically.
  • Proactive ability to create scalable, measurable programs rather than one-off fixes.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
  • Take initiatives from ambiguity to shipped outcomes with clear scoping, sequencing, owners, and timelines.
  • Assess what an initiative solves and balance fast solutions against durable solutions.
  • Manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, maintain quality, and adjust when priorities shift.
  • Measure shipped work and apply learnings to subsequent work.
  • Own and document revenue-motion processes, including account ownership, lead qualification, and deal-stage movement.
  • Define rules of engagement, lead routing, qualification criteria, and handoff service-level agreements across marketing, business development representatives, sales, and implementation.
  • Lead enablement and change management when processes evolve across leadership and individual contributors.
  • Define process-health measurements and determine where additional structure adds value.
  • Partner with revenue and marketing leadership to prioritize segments, asset classes, and channels.
  • Project-manage campaigns from kickoff through launch, coordinating briefs, success criteria, target accounts, channel mix, and underlying systems.
  • Own the outbound model used by the business development representative team, including plays, targeting, qualification standards, cadence, messaging, and performance measurement.
  • Build pre-event and post-event outreach plans to convert conferences into pipeline.
  • Evaluate program performance at 30, 60, and 90 days and decide what to scale, fix, or retire.
  • Build attribution infrastructure capturing pipeline origin across first-touch, last-touch, and multi-touch sources, including outbound and events.
  • Own the systems and governance behind the win-loss program, enforce reason capture at close, and support quarterly analysis with reliable data.
  • Run deep-dive analyses into pipeline, conversion, and segmentation and trace discrepancies to their root causes.
Desired Qualifications
  • HubSpot experience.
