We are a water filtration company looking for a Field Technician to clean and collect data on our water dispensing equipment located in a local health food store in Tracy, CA.

Requirements:

Ability to bend, squat, climb stairs or ladder
Fluent in English
Have a Smartphone and Email

Job Responsibilities:

Clean, provide technical service and customer support during field visits.
Build positive relationships with customers and store management.
Provide completed reports after each visit via email.
Call Tech Support immediately regarding any leaks or readings outside of the normal range.
Periodically, take photos of equipment; replace signage; report inventory etc.

Hourly rate is $25.00 - $30.00. Excellent supplemental income. Flexible schedule--daytime, evenings or weekends. Very part-time (estimate of 1 hour weekly per assigned store). 1 store needing service every 7 days (6-8 allowable window).

About the company

National Water Services runs refill-water stations inside grocery and natural foods stores across the US and Canada, where shoppers fill their own bottles instead of buying bottled water. It sells that water under the FreshPure Waters brand and its sister brand Arctic Mountain. A filtration unit installed out of sight in each store cleans local tap water with reverse osmosis and ultraviolet light, then pipes reverse osmosis, alkaline or deionized water to the station. Shoppers pay for each refill at the store's checkout, while the company installs and services the equipment. National Water Services was founded in 1991 and is headquartered in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
