About the Role:
This role will work with the Innovation team to develop new AI-driven operations management user experiences, solving the core problems in large enterprise service operations in new ways. You will take initial concepts and designs, and turn them into working prototypes suitable for presenting internally and to customer design partners. You will work closely with AI architects, service operations domain experts, solution architects, sales engineers, data engineers, data scientists, and full-stack developers to develop innovative and effective solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design
- Experience in Back-End Web Development and Software Development
- Proficient in Web Development and web technologies such as HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with JavaScript Frameworks
- Ability to write high-quality, scalable and testable code
- Good understanding of web design patterns and web performance optimization
- Experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is a huge plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Experience and expertise in design is also a huge plus

Market competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range of $120,000 - 170,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
