  • Documentation must be ready for AMIB Figura 1 renewals.
  • Ability to manage time effectively while balancing field promotion and office analysis.
  • Ability to adapt to market dynamics and different industries.
  • Results orientation, negotiation, and sales-closing ability.
  • Ability to build empathy and long-term trusted relationships.
  • Leadership, assertive communication, and resilience.
  • Proficiency with Office and willingness to use institution-authorized artificial intelligence tools to optimize work time and processes.
Responsibilities
  • Manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of business clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Place business credit and diversify the overall portfolio through deposits and collection products and services.
  • Prepare preliminary credit studies and structure viable proposals for committee review.
  • Maintain an active schedule of in-person visits to protect the portfolio, monitor clients' businesses, and strengthen relationships.
  • Maximize portfolio revenue through cross-selling and efficient balance management.
Desired Qualifications
  • AMIB Figura 1 certification is desirable.
