Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth in your category business, while ensuring profitability and scalability of the business. Figure out go-to-market strategy, perfect business operations, and track sales efficiency
  • Own customer insights for the category, including qualitative and quantitative research and develop an annual category strategy in partnership with the GM of the category
  • Co-develop the category new product roadmap, drive product strategy and product positioning decisions, lead the launch, and track and report on KPIs post-launch
  • Act as a key business partner to Product Management and Engineering on ideating, prioritizing, building category feature requirements, testing the implementation of these features, and supporting them through go-to-market plans
  • Partner with your peers on the Operations, Supply Chain and Customer Support teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and NPS
