About the role:
We’re looking for an AI Product Lead for Mongoose, the codename for our internal effort to build AI systems that enable us to better invest, operate, and grow our portfolio. We are a small team of mathematicians, AI and data engineers, tasked with building a framework to re-invent how value investing is done in private healthcare markets.
Success for you in this role looks like:
You have built trust, a playbook, and a product alongside TriEdge Capital, our investment team, that can identify a good investment and value creation plan for the company after it becomes part of the portfolio.
You can identify a new incubation opportunity, articulate the value, and have a bias towards action to start building towards it.
You operate week-by-week, not in classic quarterly or annual planning. That is not to say you don’t think long term, but it is to say you play the ball on the field and can make judgement calls about what is or isn’t working. You believe "What did you get done this week?" is better than 6+ month projected gantt charts and roadmaps.
Who you are:
You have the courage to do make big decisions. This is a multi-billion dollar portfolio with a small technical team approaching it as an optimization problem.
You are a culture-bridger. We have investors, operators, technologists all coming from very different backgrounds. Blending this is the hard part, but you have a knack for this as a PM.
You have experience with AI agents and agentic software that solves a problem that couldn’t be easily solved without AI. We understand not all companies give you this opportunity, but you have shown enough personal interest to validate this.
Basic finance principles or experience with finance-related products is a plus.

TriEdge is an in-person team with offices in Hudson Yards, New York, San Francisco, and Miami, and people are expected to be in the office 4 days a week.

Pay transparency: The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $195,500 to $235,000. This role is eligible for a performance bonus and fund performance bonus. The listed range is a guideline from Pave data, and the actual base salary may be modified based on factors including job-related skills, location, experience/qualifications, interview performance, market data, etc.
