About the job

Requirements
  • 10+ years of product design experience, with significant depth in B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or workflow/operations tools.
  • 5+ years leading and growing design teams, including experience managing senior and junior designers and developing design talent.
  • A portfolio demonstrating mastery of simplifying complex, multi-step workflows into intuitive experiences, including systems thinking.
  • Strong strategic instincts paired with deep craft, including the ability to set a two-year design vision and redline an interaction pattern.
  • Experience partnering as an equal with Product and Engineering leadership.
  • Comfort with user research methodologies, including Jobs to Be Done (JTBD), usability testing, and journey mapping, and the ability to connect research insights to design decisions.
  • Knowledge of maximizing design technology using platforms such as Figma, Pendo, UserTesting, and Claude.
  • Proficiency in modern design tools and eagerness to leverage AI-powered design and prototyping tools in the team's workflow.
  • Curiosity about B2B go-to-market operations and willingness to learn the domain deeply.
Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the product design vision across Orchestration, Scheduling, Buying Groups, emerging AI capabilities, and new products.
  • Translate complex enterprise workflows into simple, coherent user experiences that scale with enterprise customer complexity.
  • Design AI-native orchestration experiences that shift users from manual configuration to intelligent, adaptive automation.
  • Identify opportunities where design innovation creates measurable competitive advantage.

  • Use product utilization, drop-off, and engagement data and insights to make strategic decisions on user experience investments and changes.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of product designers, fostering craft, curiosity, and focus on customer experience.
  • Support designers' career development through critique and by creating an environment that rewards creative risk-taking.
  • Partner with the Chief Product Officer on design hiring strategy and organizational design as the company scales.
  • Partner with Product Management and Engineering in product triads to influence strategy, not only execute specifications.
  • Embed user research, usability testing, and data-informed design practices into the product development lifecycle.
  • Represent design in executive and cross-functional forums, ensuring customer input shapes roadmap decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer pain points into design priorities.
  • Design experiences that use the opportunities of Salesforce-native and cloud architectures without being limited by them.
  • Design for multiple personas, including RevOps administrators, sales leaders, sales representatives, and executives.
  • Consider the end-to-end customer journey, including onboarding, day-to-day usage, expansion, and support.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience shipping products in domains where the user interface is the product, such as workflow builders, visual editors, complex configuration tools, or active or autonomous AI assistants.
  • Experience designing products in the Salesforce ecosystem or other CRM applications.
  • Background in revenue operations, marketing automation, or sales engagement tools.
  • Familiarity with agentic AI patterns, LLM-powered user experiences, or intelligent automation workflows.
  • Track record of establishing or maturing a design systems practice from early stage to scale.
