Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR with an analytical skillset and demonstrated ability in analysis in the areas of compensation, benefits, or people analytics
  • Proficiency in Workday, Excel/Google Sheets strongly preferred
  • Proficiency with compensation & benefits surveys or benchmarking/research materials strongly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
  • Assist in maintaining and updating the company’s compensation structure
  • Provide salary benchmarking data and research to HR team members and business leaders
  • Process compensation decisions and prepare incentive compensation documentation
  • Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs
  • Conduct benefits orientation sessions for new employees
  • Maintain and update the HR Information System (Workday) and personnel folders with accurate employee data
  • Generate reports and analyze HR metrics
  • Assist in implementing system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
  • Provide timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries
  • Liaison with immigration attorneys and visa-sponsored employees on immigration/visa related matters
  • Support HR compliance activities
  • Ensure proper documentation of HR processes and procedures
  • Manage HR-related documentation, both physical and electronic, in compliance with retention policies and legal requirements
