Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive design solutions across all appropriate channels in collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and Studio team to develop the visual direction and craft the Art Direction
  • Deliver best-in-class globally relevant photography, video content, digital and experience design in service of the Studio (Men's, Women's, or Kid's) & consumer
  • Develop and maintain relationships with photographers, filmmakers, illustrators, designers, and their agents from around the world
  • Create and assist in the craft art direction for video shoots, ensuring our content is always on-brand, diverse, globally relevant, and dynamic
  • Provide and maintain relevant knowledge on global emerging trends in fashion, design, film, art, media and technology as relevant to the company and the design team
  • Collaborate with styling, marketing, tech, retail, photography and editorial teams to meet brand vision and standards
  • Ensure all projects are well-planned, creatively exceptional, delivered on-time and within agreed budgets
  • Review project work for highest standards of quality and consistency
  • Comprehension of international target audience and how to create stories that are relevant to them
  • Position requires international travel 20% of the time.
