What You’ll Lead

• Design with Purpose: Build and maintain a high-performing, scalable, and secure infrastructure that grows with the business.
• Be the Technical Anchor: Serve as the go-to expert across hardware, software, and cloud technologies, with strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, and hybrid cloud environments.
• Partner Strategically: Work alongside the Director of Infrastructure to set direction, evaluate new tools, and ensure technology investments align with business goals.
• Elevate Security & Compliance: Support ongoing improvements in security posture, risk management, and compliance—keeping us safe without slowing us down.
• Build Strong Vendor Relationships: Negotiate smartly and maintain effective partnerships so we get the right solutions and support.
• Lead the Team: Mentor and develop your team members, encourage growth, and foster a supportive environment where people do their best work.
• Be a Good Steward: Manage infrastructure-related budgets to ensure resources are invested wisely and sustainably.

Platform & Technology Landscape

Experience across:

• Windows Server 2022/2025 (AD, DNS, DHCP, Clustering)
• Linux (RHEL/Amazon Linux, GFS2/OCFS)
• Networking (Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, F5, Brocade)
• Cloud (AWS, Azure, Infrastructure as Code)
• Hardware (Pure Storage, Cisco UCS)

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 5+ years in senior systems or network engineering roles.
• 3+ years managing teams and Microsoft 365 environments.

Compensation and Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this position starts at $135,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This role is eligible for performance-based bonus based on individual and company performance.

Pampered Chef currently follows a hybrid schedule at the headquartered office in Addison, IL. The expectation is for employees to be in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week.
