- Create or modify existing DevOps automation to correct errors and improve deployment capabilities.
- Develop and execute test plans for filesystem upgrades.
- Resolve issues with vendor support.
- Provide support to staff and end users.
- Apply DevOps best practices to deliver quality projects on schedule.
- Support staff and end users to resolve enterprise environment issues.
- Improve and modify existing DevOps automation to correct errors and expand deployment capabilities.
- Experience supporting new business growth with additional customers.
