Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS, business development, demand generation, ABM, or field marketing role
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or comparable education/experience
  • Experience with mainstream ABX martech such as 6Sense, Salesloft, SFDC, Gen AI, etc
  • Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate new ideas, strategy, and campaigns to internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales and marketing teams
Responsibilities
  • Champion the strategy, development, execution, and optimization of highly strategic 1:1 ABX campaigns
  • Conduct in-depth research to understand target account challenges, decision-makers, and buying journeys
  • Collaborate with various marketing teams to implement integrated personalized omni-channel campaigns
  • Craft compelling and relevant messaging tailored to each account's unique needs and pain points
  • Update and optimize programs based on actionable data/insights, customer feedback, corporate priorities, and account strategy
  • Project manage the execution of ABX campaigns across various channels
  • Apply an experimentation mindset to ABM campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize
  • Collaborate with ABM leadership team to select key accounts
  • Work closely with marketing ops and business ops to support high-performance ABM marketing tools and integrations
  • Document processes and best practices in the handbook for marketing and sales teams to reference
