Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience building a B2B SaaS product.
  • Expertise and/or experience working on a recruiting or talent-focused product is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
Responsibilities
  • Develop expertise in core capabilities across collaboration, contact center, and sales center.
  • Own long-term product strategy for the recruiting vertical.
  • Establish strong working relationship with key counterparts in Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Learn & apply existing team processes on developing product specifications, iterating with design and technical leadership, and managing development, testing & delivery.
  • Become the primary point of contact for internal queries relating to recruiting features.
  • Identify product & technical issues, develop and track solutions.
  • Identify gaps in metrics, reports, and dashboards for customers and articulate a plan to address them.
  • Deliver increasingly complex features and improvements, lead short-term planning and resource management to execute on the roadmap.
  • Measure and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform product decisions and guide prioritization.
  • Manage new features and regular release through the full project lifecycle, including communication of updates to cross-functional teams, and ongoing support after launch.
  • Lead quarterly planning efforts, focusing on real-time aspects.
