Requirements

  • Completed secondary education is required.
  • At least six months of experience in retail sales or customer service is required.
  • Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer service is required.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve or exceed the team's monthly sales targets.
  • Provide personalized advice about the features, benefits, and uses of Skechers footwear.
  • Identify each customer's needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Handle sales objections and close transactions effectively.
  • Process payments by cash, credit or debit card, and other authorized methods.
  • Manage exchanges, returns, and warranties according to established policies.
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
  • Receive, verify, and organize new merchandise according to established protocols.
  • Label products, mark prices, and code items according to corporate standards.
  • Keep inventory organized and conduct periodic counts as needed.
  • Pack and wrap customer purchases safely and presentably.
  • Implement and maintain the brand's visual presentation standards.
  • Organize products according to planograms and marketing guidelines.
  • Keep display windows and displays attractive and orderly.
  • Replenish products on shelves promptly.
  • Ensure promotional signage is up to date and properly positioned.
  • Clean and maintain shelves, counters, tables, and floors.
  • Perform store opening and closing routines according to the established checklist.
  • Keep work areas organized and free of obstructions.
  • Report damage or maintenance needs to supervisors.
  • Ensure the store is prepared for the next day's operations.
  • Follow all corporate policies and procedures.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive business information.
  • Comply with corporate values and the business code of ethics.
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions.
  • Report incidents or irregular situations to the immediate supervisor.
