About the job

Requirements
  • EdTech experience in online education, certification/compliance training, or an adjacent regulated-learning vertical is required.
  • A proven track record leading a B2C subscription or SaaS marketing function through a comparable growth stage is required.
  • Demonstrated success shifting a business from paid-led to organic-led acquisition is required.
  • A strong brand and positioning background, with hands-on execution ability, is required.
  • The candidate must be comfortable working lean in a hands-on operator role rather than a pure strategist seat.
Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end B2C go-to-market strategy, including channel mix, pricing and packaging input, and the growth roadmap.
  • Build and lead the transition from paid-dependent acquisition to a sustainable organic engine across SEO, content, community, and lifecycle/retention.
  • Own B2C brand identity, positioning, and messaging across web, email, and campaigns.
  • Manage all B2C marketing channels, including paid media, SEO/organic, email/lifecycle, social, content, and partnerships.
  • Own core B2C metrics—CAC, LTV, conversion, and retention—and report against them.
  • Direct and manage external agencies and vendors currently in flight.
  • Partner with product and sales leadership to keep B2C and B2B efforts aligned but distinct.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior fractional or interim CMO experience is strongly preferred.
  • PLG (product-led growth) experience is a plus.
  • AI-native marketing tooling fluency, including SEO/AEO/GEO tools and CRM/lead-enrichment automation, is a plus.
  • Experience managing multiple external agencies simultaneously is a plus.

About the company

Learntastic is an online continuing-education and compliance-learning platform. It provides professional courses and training libraries for individuals, employers, and regulated organizations. Digital content, learning technology, certification workflows, and customer support make the courses available on demand. Roles can include instructional design, subject-matter development, engineering, product, sales, and learner support. The scope is Learntastic's education platform rather than every third-party course publisher. Its workforce connects frontline delivery with the specialist, operational, technical, and business teams that support the organization.
