About the job
- A valid driver's license is required.
- Experience in sales and/or customer service is required.
- Must be at least 21 years old and have three years of licensed driving experience.
- Must be able to swim and remain underwater, including at depths of up to 12 feet, for extended periods.
- Must be able to move, lift, push, pull, or carry more than 100 pounds.
- Must be able to maneuver around tight spaces and uneven surfaces and climb stairs.
- Must be able to perform strenuous physical labor in adverse field conditions and work around environmental conditions, chemicals, power tools, and equipment.
- Resolve customers' pool leaks while providing service to customers.
- Travel between company locations as business demands require, including during the training period.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with power tools.
- Comfort using technology for most of the workday.
- Ability to work independently with self-discipline.
