About the company

Sharetown provides reverse logistics services for retailers and ecommerce companies that deal with bulky item returns, such as mattresses. It coordinates the efficient, eco-friendly removal, donation, and recycling of returned goods by partnering with local charities and a nationwide network of local experts to handle pickups and processing. Retailers are charged for the logistics services, and Sharetown may also earn from the resale or recycling of returned items. This approach helps reduce landfill waste and offers a hassle-free return experience for customers. Sharetown differentiates itself by focusing on bulky items, leveraging charitable partnerships and local networks to ensure sustainable disposal, and serving a nationwide market. Its goal is to help retailers save costs, improve customer satisfaction, and divert waste from landfills through donation and recycling.
