Deliver medication, schedule appointments, transport clients to appointments, and address other health-related needs for clients served by Connections in Ohio, Inc.
Communicate effectively with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, and other health-related professionals.
Maintain on-call responsibilities for medical issues within the designated caseload, which may include evenings and weekends.
Connections in Ohio, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated, organized, individual for a great opportunity working with developmentally delayed clients. We are hiring a Clinical Assistant to support our teams with the areas of medication management, medical appointments, and other health and safety needs. This person must be able to demonstrate proficiency in time management, prioritization, and client documentation in a fast-paced environment.
This position requires flexible availability, a reliable vehicle, and a willingness to travel up to 75% (Cuyahoga County) of the time worked. This includes dropping medication off to sites and running clients to appointments. Reimbursement for eligible travel.

Qualifications:
