About the job

Requirements
  • Seven to eight or more years of product management experience, owning products end to end.
  • Have taken at least one agentic product to launch in production; prototypes, internal pilots, and features that merely include an LLM call do not qualify.
  • Have personally written evaluations, built evaluation suites, set pass criteria, and debugged failures by reading traces.
  • Be able to reason deeply about tool calls, context, retrieval, latency, and cost as product decisions, and engage substantively with senior engineers.
  • Demonstrate sound user experience judgment, with work that can be presented and defended.
  • Be comfortable working without existing evaluation harnesses, research cadence, or instrumentation, and building what is needed.
Responsibilities
  • Set product direction and decide what ships, in what order, and what is cut.
  • Resolve ambiguous problems by addressing product, system behavior, and interaction model together.
  • Build prototypes and working examples to make abstract ideas concrete and debatable.
  • Work directly with Revenue Operations and marketing operations leaders in their environments to understand their challenges and translate them into solutions.
  • Drive design partner interactions to iterate the product.
  • Define correct behavior for the product’s agents.
  • Build golden sets and help write meaningful evaluations.
  • Read traces and develop intuition for how the agent behaves on live work.
  • Characterize failures as prompt, tool, context, or product problems.
  • Design permissions and approvals defining what the agent may do autonomously and when it must ask for approval.
  • Design recovery paths for failed tool calls, incorrect data, and uncertain agents.
  • Design an audit trail that enables a Revenue Operations leader to prove what the agent did and why.
  • Ensure the product operates alongside Salesforce and other data systems where records are stored and actions are carried out.
Desired Qualifications
  • Take a zero-to-one product from concept to revenue in B2B software as a service.
  • Experience with the Salesforce ecosystem or another system of record where governance and permissions are non-negotiable.
  • Genuine curiosity about B2B go-to-market operations and motivation to learn the domain deeply.
