  • A completed bachelor's degree in an economic-administrative area, such as Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance, or a related field.
  • Suggested experience of 3 years in supervisory or coordination positions for cash operations in the banking or financial sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products and services and regulations applicable to cash operations.
  • Advanced cash-handling skills, including counterfeit detection and fraud prevention.
  • Demonstrated leadership and the ability to motivate and develop work teams.
  • Oral and written communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer orientation and a focus on service quality.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules and weekends according to branch needs.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train the teller team, assigning tasks and managing schedules and shifts.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures in all teller transactions.
  • Monitor and control cash balances, performing daily cash counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Resolve customer issues and inquiries related to teller operations efficiently and satisfactorily.
  • Identify and report suspicious or irregular activity in teller operations.
  • Collaborate with other branch areas to optimize processes and customer service.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the performance of the teller area and cash management.
  • Participate in implementing new technologies and improvements to teller processes.
  • Ensure the safety of personnel and assets in the teller area.
