  • Reviewing contracts for accuracy and completeness
  • Inputting contract information into Accounting Systems
  • Managing documentation and data for Customer Onboarding, Billing, and Budgeting Tools
  • Managing monthly billing, payment processing, and credits
  • Coordinating information among various departments involved in the Contract process
  • Tracking contract deadlines and timelines
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
  • Preparing financial reports and conducting analysis
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline accounting and Contracts processes
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
  • Providing accounting support when needed
