If so, we are looking for someone like you to work in our super energetic and collaborative environment with a team of nurses and other operations specialists dedicated to helping Incredible Health grow and expand. Our talent operations roles are an especially great fit for nurses transitioning out of direct patient care but who want to find new opportunities to apply their empathy, knowledge of healthcare, and desire to improve the lives of other nurses. Note that RN experience is preferred, not required.

The typical day-to-day in this role will involve:

• Being the first interaction nurses have with our platform.
• Reviewing nurse profiles, licensures, & preferences.
• Explaining the Incredible Health process to nurses and setting them up for success on our platform.

You might be the one we’re looking for if:

• You have customer service experience.
• You have empathy and a natural ability to build rapport when interacting with nurse candidates by phone, email, and text.
• You are organized and have the ability to prioritize and organize a dashboard of candidates.
• You can move fast, make decisions quickly, and display good judgment.
• You have a desire to solve problems with creative solutions.
• You have a willingness and desire to learn.
• You have a collaborative, team-oriented working style with the ability to work independently and make decisions when needed.
• You have a positive attitude and are comfortable adapting to change.
• Available to work 40 hours per week including evenings and weekends availability. We cannot support part-time (less than 40 hours) at the moment.
• You are authorized to work in the US.
• RN experience is preferred, not required.
