  • 4–7+ years HR experience; DOE contractor HR experience is helpful
  • This position aligns with functional and technical requirements in the Environmental Management Sector and Human Resources Operations and Data Specialist Candidates principally support Finance and Administration Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Disciplines.
  • Security Requirements: ProSidian Team Members shall have a Facility Clearance, and their subcontractors and team members proposed to perform classified work shall have a Facility Clearance. When required, ProSidian personnel shall possess a DOE Clearance level as indicated in the Task description for the work performed.
  • Place of Performance: Work shall be conducted at the Hanford Field Office and the Hanford Site in Richland, Washington; Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the CO in advance is allowed, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Manage recruiting, onboarding, HRIS, reporting, employee services.
  • Provide Finance and Administration management, human resources, legal, accounting, auditing, information technology, logistics, and transportation support.
  • Build HR dashboards for DOE reporting.
  • Support Daily business activities aligned with Program Support activities Finance and Administration Functional Area.
