Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a completed high school diploma or GED.
Obtain Registered Behavior Technician certification within the first 60 days of employment.
Responsibilities
Facilitate one-to-one, naturalistic therapy services in a clinic-based environment.
Track patient progress over time by collecting data and submitting clinical documentation.
Follow behavior intervention plans as outlined by the BCBA supervisor.
Communicate professionally and consistently with clinical management and families.
Assist patients with daily living skills such as feeding and toileting.
Adhere to patient confidentiality by following HIPAA guidelines.
Provide behavioral support within speech or occupational therapy sessions.
Desired Qualifications
Graduates or candidates with a degree in progress in Psychology, Special Education, Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Child Development, Social Work, or Counseling.
Experience in fields such as paraprofessional work, nannying, babysitting, caregiving, teaching, Montessori guiding, coaching, tutoring, or camp counseling.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) you will provide one-on-one, play-based, ABA therapy services to pediatric and adolescent patients with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under the supervision of a BCBA, teammates will follow Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and help patients further develop communication, motor skills, academic readiness, social skills, and independence.
