Requirements
  • 3+ years of related experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
  • Excellent organizational, computer, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of English both oral and written
  • Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with attention to detail
  • Experience working in medium- to large-sized public companies, specifically within the SaaS industry
  • Adobe Creative Suite
  • Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems is preferred
  • Intermediate PC/keyboarding skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to learn new software programs
Responsibilities
  • Work with subject matter experts to identify training needs and deliver quality materials
  • Partner with department leadership to ensure quality programs essential to customer experience
  • Audit and maintain internal and external materials
  • Review and approve procedures, oversee customer audit operations
  • Facilitate customer documentation design and development
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Partner with Onboarding, Integrations, and Training teams
  • Work independently on broad areas of assignments
  • Other relevant duties as assigned
