  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
  • High integrity and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and finalize construction projects according to deadlines and within budget.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients' key stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion.
  • Create, monitor, and control project budgets.
  • Allocate resources and manage project teams within budget.
  • Ensure project quality standards are met.
  • Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and manufacturers to ensure adherence to project timelines and quality.
  • Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve project-related issues and conflicts.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, team members, fabrication staff, leadership, vendors, customers, and field teams.
  • Review order accuracy, approve purchase orders and invoices, negotiate pricing, and complete general contractor and subcontractor pay applications.
  • Assist with Assistant Project Manager and Project Engineer training.
  • Visit project sites at least once a month.
  • Track order estimated times of arrival and prepare shop or site teams for deliveries.
  • Review monthly financial reports and flag potential issues.
  • Review weekly vehicle reports.
  • Lead project management and fabrication meetings.
  • Update Procore monthly.
  • Request and submit required project documentation.
  • Approve change orders and award vendors and subcontractors.
  • Be present for water tests.
  • Prepare jobsite mobilizations, including required equipment, technology packages, and mobilization items for new hires.
  • Prepare for project meetings, including handover meetings.
  • Assist the Estimating department.
  • Review project daily logs and installation manuals before mobilization.
  • Create Door Order Forms.
  • Review submittal responses and update all teams accordingly.
  • Maintain project documentation accuracy and completeness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the project team.
  • Prepare lessons-learned reports.
  • Follow up on to-do tasks to support project continuation.
