Requirements
  • Applicants are required to have a doctorate in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a closely related field with a focus on Cybersecurity by August 15, 2027.
  • Applicants must submit a cover letter, a resume or curriculum vitae including names, addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers of three professional references, a statement of teaching philosophy, and a statement of research philosophy.
  • Employment with the University requires successful completion of background checks in accordance with University policies.
Responsibilities
  • Teach courses in Cybersecurity Forensics, Incident Response, and Software Security.
  • Conduct robust research that leads to publications in scholarly journals.
  • Advise students.
  • Provide service to the program, division, college, community, and profession.
  • Support active and collaborative learning, including undergraduate research, and diverse learners in the classroom.
  • Teach a course in the Artificial Intelligence program when available.
  • Carry a teaching load of nine contact hours, approximately three courses, per semester.
