As a Food & Beverage Hostess/ Host, you will be responsible for taking outlet reservations and matching walk-ins with table availability to maximize table utilization without the risk of overbooking while meeting guest requests in the reservation process. 

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Maximize revenue potential through the coordination of reservations, walk-ins and management of table inventory.

• Record reservations according to established standards and procedures.

• Ensure the Outlet entrance is always clean, organized and presentable.

• Monitor guest feedback and make recommendations for improvements or new products or services to meet guest needs.

• Taking on ad-hoc duties to keep the service running smoothly.

What We need from you:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in hospitality management.

• Minimum of 1-year experience in the same position or strong track record in customer service for at least 2-years.

• Fluency in both Nepalese and English is essential for effective communication with a diverse range of guests.

• Flexibility to respond to a variety of different work situations.

• Computer literate with knowledge of Word, Excel, industry related software desired.
