  • 4 year engineering degree (Preferably Electrical, Aerospace, Manufacturing, or Mechanical)
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Extensive experience in manufacturing RF systems
  • Extensive experience in electronic circuits, design principles, and manufacturing techniques to solve complex issues in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Must be able to obtain Secret security clearance
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to design reviews acting as an expert in design for manufacture, design for test, producibility, supplier capability assessments, and quality and reliability improvements
  • Design and troubleshoot RF test stations and associated support equipment for RF production
  • Define requirements for automated testing, RF test selection, and production testing and validation.
  • Lead problem containment and structured root cause & corrective action investigations
  • Lead the continuous improvement process of RF Systems manufacturing
