  • Alternatively, a different university degree together with relevant experience in customer service or commercial management, especially in the financial or insurance sectors.
  • Availability for geographic mobility across opportunities in the Community of Madrid and Castilla-La Mancha.
  • Ability to obtain the financial-sector certifications required for the role, including MiFID II, CAFI-EIP, LCCI, and insurance certifications.
Responsibilities
  • Understand customers' needs.
  • Advise customers and offer solutions that best fit their needs.
  • Build relationships of trust and contribute to improving the customer experience with BBVA.
  • Combine in-person and remote customer service with the bank's digital capabilities.
  • Continue developing financial, commercial, and digital knowledge.
