Requirements
  • Actively working towards a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree, ideally majoring in Computer Science or business
  • Knowledge of and experience with at least one programming language (Python is ideal)
  • Strong interest in AI and has experience with prompt engineering or incorporates AI in daily life
  • Highly self-motivated and adaptable with a strong work ethic, laser-sharp attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence
  • Ability and appetite to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently, depending on the nature of the work

Responsibilities
  • Support RapidSOS in its growth and development by working with your mentor on relevant key project(s) involving AI
  • Research, explore, and design AI-driven solutions to solve technical and operational challenges
  • Develop and enforce criteria for code logic to ensure standard practices, system accuracy and detect potential issues, supporting robust engineering processes
  • Shadow and contribute to implementation efforts, gaining exposure to advanced engineering techniques and client-facing processes
  • Contribute to enhancing internal systems to support cross-functional collaboration and long-term client satisfaction
  • Assist the team with additional ad hoc tasks across services such as AWS, Redis, and Jenkins
