Dublin AI unicorn Tines launches drive for 100 new positions.

Dublin AI unicorn Tines launches drive for 100 new positions. October 12, 2026 Irish artificial intelligence unicorn Tines has unveiled plans to hire 100 staff at its Dublin headquarters, expanding its workforce across all company departments in October 2026. The recruitment drive follows a separate announcement in March 2026, when the workflow automation firm committed to creating 100 positions in the United States. The Dublin based company, which specialises in AI powered workflow automation for security and IT operations, is now reinforcing its commitment to the Irish technology sector with roles spanning engineering, product development, sales and corporate functions. Key facts. * 100 new jobs planned for Dublin headquarters in October 2026 * Follows 100 US positions announced in March 2026 * Recruitment covers all company teams and departments * Tines holds unicorn status valued above $1 billion Expanding Irish operations. The recruitment campaign represents a significant investment in Tines' Irish operations, with positions available across multiple disciplines. The company's decision to expand substantially in Dublin follows strong growth in its workflow automation platform, which uses artificial intelligence to help organisations streamline repetitive security and IT tasks. Tines achieved unicorn status, a valuation exceeding $1 billion, positioning it among Ireland's most valuable private technology companies. The firm's software enables enterprises to automate complex workflows without requiring extensive coding knowledge, addressing a critical need as organisations face mounting cyber security challenges. Strategic growth trajectory. The dual hiring announcements in 2026 signal Tines' ambition to scale operations on both sides of the Atlantic. By committing to 100 roles in the United States earlier this year and now matching that figure in Dublin, the company demonstrates balanced geographic expansion whilst maintaining strong roots in Ireland's thriving technology ecosystem. Dublin continues to attract substantial investment from indigenous technology firms, with Enterprise Ireland supporting high potential startups to scale internationally. The capital's established talent pool in software engineering and AI related disciplines positions it as an attractive location for companies like Tines seeking to expand their technical teams. The company's growth trajectory reflects broader momentum in the AI automation sector, where demand for intelligent workflow tools has accelerated as enterprises seek efficiency gains and enhanced security postures. Tines competes in a rapidly evolving market where automation capabilities increasingly determine operational competitiveness. With 200 new positions committed across two continents in 2026, Tines is positioning itself for the next phase of expansion as it serves an expanding global client base requiring sophisticated automation solutions.

Tines announced as headline sponsor of CSIDES 2026, supporting Cyber Security education in coastal communities.

Tines announced as headline sponsor of CSIDES 2026, supporting Cyber Security education in coastal communities. Cyber security and IT automation platform Tines has been announced as the headline sponsor of CSIDES 2026, a community-led cyber security event taking place at the Grand Pier in Weston-super-Mare on 9 October. Organised by Defend Together CIC, the not-for-profit event aims to improve cyber security awareness among local residents, businesses and educators, while encouraging more people to consider careers in the industry. Tines joins a number of other cyber security organisations supporting the event, including 4FOX Security, Consultants Like Us, Punk Security, Darktrace, Utopian Knight, PPRO and IASME. Described as the UK's first not-for-profit cyber security event built by and for a coastal community, CSIDES will bring together industry professionals, local businesses and members of the public for a day of expert talks, interactive workshops and practical cyber security advice. Addressing the Growing Impact of Cybercrime The event comes at a time when cybercrime and fraud continue to pose significant challenges for individuals and businesses across the UK. Between March 2025 and March 2026, 1,728 victims of cybercrime were reported to law enforcement through Report Fraud in the Avon and Somerset region, with losses exceeding £130,000. During the same period, the region recorded 7,803 fraud reports, with reported losses totalling £57.8 million. With cyber threats becoming increasingly sophisticated, initiatives such as CSIDES aim to help bridge the gap between the cyber security industry and the wider public. Attendees will be able to access free, practical advice on protecting themselves online, identifying email scams and understanding common cyber threats. Local small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) will also have opportunities to engage with industry experts and learn how to strengthen their cyber security practices. Tines to Lead Interactive Automation Workshop As headline sponsor, Tines will play an active role in the event's programme, including delivering a hands-on workshop introducing attendees to automation. The session will guide participants through building their first 'Tines Story', demonstrating how automated workflows can be used to simplify tasks and improve efficiency. Jennifer Cox, Director of Solutions Engineering at Tines, will also open the event alongside CSIDES co-founders Hazel McPherson and Jess Matthews, before moderating the Main Stage programme. The event will feature a range of speakers, including Threat Intelligence Manager Sophia McCall and representatives from the South West Regional Economic and Cyber Crime Unit. Talks will cover topics including online scams, artificial intelligence, digital wellbeing and bias in security. Hazel McPherson, Co-Founder of CSIDES, said: "CSIDES exists to open cyber security to everyone, not just those already in the room. We couldn't do that without the support of organisations like Tines. Tines and our other sponsors are helping us to create a truly inclusive and hands-on event that's built with the community at its core. We cannot thank them enough." Jennifer Cox, Director of Solutions Engineering at Tines, added: "We're so excited to support CSIDES, an event that not only connects security practitioners but also brings practical security knowledge to the local community. I can't wait to meet attendees, hear their questions, and help people build their first Tines story at our workshop." Building a More Inclusive Cyber Security Community Beyond raising awareness of online threats, CSIDES aims to make the cyber security industry more accessible to people who may not otherwise have opportunities to engage with it. Led by local residents, the event has been designed to remove barriers to cyber security education and provide a welcoming environment for individuals of all ages and experience levels. Organisers hope that the event's community-first approach can serve as a blueprint for similar initiatives in coastal towns across the UK, helping to improve digital resilience and create pathways into cyber security careers. CSIDES 2026 takes place on Friday, 9 October, at the Grand Pier in Weston-super-Mare.

Digigen becomes a Tines Partner in Thailand and Singapore.

Digigen becomes a Tines Partner in Thailand and Singapore. Aug 18, 2026, 8:48:35 AM Partnership announcement Your analysts are not middleware: Digigen becomes a Tines partner in Thailand and Singapore Deterministic automation, AI agents, and human approvals in one workflow, invoiced locally in Thai Baht or SGD and built around PDPA from day one. Book a scoping call It is 9:40 on a Tuesday morning and your best analyst has already touched five systems. A reported phishing email came in through the helpdesk, so she pulled the headers, checked the sender in the EDR, searched the SIEM for other recipients, opened a ticket, and pinged a manager in chat for approval to block the domain. Forty minutes, one alert. There are two hundred more in the queue, and somewhere in that queue might be the one that actually matters. If that sounds like your team, the problem is not your tools. It is the work between them. You bought good systems, and your people have become the glue holding them together. That is the problem Digigen Pte Ltd. is announcing a solution for today: Digigen is now a Tines partner, bringing the Tines intelligent workflow platform to security and IT teams in Thailand and Singapore. The villain: glue work Every team Digigen Pte Ltd. work with across Bangkok and Singapore runs a version of the same stack: a SIEM, an EDR, a ticketing system, Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, and a chat tool. None of them talk to each other on their own, so analysts spend their days copying context between windows, re checking the same alerts, and chasing approvals that sit in inboxes overnight. The cost is bigger than lost hours. Real threats wait in line The alert that matters sits behind hundreds of false positives, all of them queued for the same pair of hands. Offboarding gaps reach the auditor Seven systems to revoke, one forgotten, and the finding lands in your next audit report instead of your inbox. Your hardest hires burn out In either market's talent pool these people are the hardest to replace, and the work burning them out never needed their skill. Skilled analysts should make decisions. They should not be human middleware. The fix: workflows that do the glue work for you Tines is an intelligent workflow platform built for exactly this. A workflow combines three things, and every run is logged end to end, so automation stays explainable and auditable. Deterministic automation For the steps that must always run the same way, every time, with the same result. AI agents For the steps that need reasoning across messy inputs rather than a fixed rule. Human in the loop approvals For the steps that need judgment, routed to a person with the full case already assembled. 68 Different tools connected through the platform by the average Tines customer. 75+ Technology partners in the Tines ecosystem in 2026, including AWS, Elastic, and Netskope. The direction is clear: the automation layer sits above vendor stacks, not inside any one of them. That neutrality is why Digigen Pte Ltd. chose Tines. Digigen is certified across Google Cloud, Microsoft, and AWS precisely because its clients do not live in one ecosystem. Digigen Pte Ltd. already run every system your workflows will need to touch, in both of its markets, which makes the integration work that stalls most automation projects routine for Digigen Pte Ltd.. Your plan: three steps Step 1 Book a scoping call Bring the process that wastes the most analyst hours each week. Digigen Pte Ltd. map it together and show you what it looks like as a Tines workflow, with a quote in your local currency. Step 2 Digigen Pte Ltd. launch your first workflow in 2 to 4 weeks Digigen Pte Ltd. build, integrate, and test it across your stack, with human approval checkpoints and full run logging designed in from day one. The most common first workflows are phishing report triage, employee onboarding and offboarding, alert enrichment, and compliance evidence collection. Step 3 Prove the hours saved, then scale Digigen Pte Ltd. train your team to build workflows themselves, or run everything on a managed monthly plan with agreed response times. Map your first workflow Local delivery in Thailand Tines licensing and services are invoiced in Thai Baht by Growth Goats Co., Ltd., with 7% VAT and withholding tax handling, so finance receives Revenue Department compliant tax invoices with no cross border friction. Deployments are designed around PDPA Thailand, and for financial institutions, around the auditability that Bank of Thailand and SEC supervised firms need to evidence their cyber resilience processes. Support is available in Thai and English. Start at the Tines Partner Thailand page, also in Thai at Tines พาร์ตเนอร์ ประเทศไทย. Local delivery in Singapore Licensing and services are invoiced in SGD by Digigen Pte Ltd. with 9% GST, so procurement contracts with a local entity on local terms. Deployments are designed around PDPA obligations, and for financial institutions using AI agents in workflows, around the accountability and transparency expectations of the MAS FEAT principles. Start at the Tines Partner Singapore page. Regional teams get one delivery partner with correct invoicing and regulatory framing in each country. What changes when this works Back to Tuesday morning. The reported phishing email hits the helpdesk and a Tines workflow enriches it, checks the sender against your EDR and threat intelligence, searches the SIEM for other recipients, and closes it as a false positive with a full evidence trail, in under two minutes, before your analyst finishes her coffee. When a real threat appears, the workflow escalates a fully assembled case, and she starts at the decision instead of the data gathering. Incidents triaged in minutes instead of hours. Every action with a timestamped, auditable record ready for PDPA reviews and regulator questions. A team that spends its time on judgment, and stays. Which process on your team looks most like that Tuesday morning? Tell Digigen Pte Ltd., and Digigen Pte Ltd. will map it as a Tines workflow with a quote in Thai Baht or SGD. Or see how Tines fits alongside its AI automation practice. Book a scoping call Talk to the Digigen team Aug 18, 2026, 8:48:35 AM Investor and strategic advisor to Digigen Digigen Pte Ltd. bring the latest insights, tips, and updates on Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, AI tools, and more. Tailored for enthausiasts who are looking to optimize costs, boost productivity, and stay future-ready.

Cybersecurity unicorn Tines overhauls no-code platform with AI after CEO sees 'sell-by date

Irish cybersecurity unicorn Tines has launched a new AI platform, marking a significant shift from its original no-code product. Cofounder and CEO Eoin Hinchy acknowledged that the company's founding product had a clear "sell-by date." The Dublin-based startup, which achieved unicorn status in its previous funding round, unveiled the new AI-powered platform this week. The move represents a strategic pivot as the company adapts to changing market demands and technological advancement in the cybersecurity sector. Hinchy's candid admission highlights the challenges faced by technology companies in maintaining relevance as artificial intelligence reshapes traditional software approaches. The transition suggests Tines is positioning itself to remain competitive in an increasingly AI-driven cybersecurity landscape.
