Requirements
  • A Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering is required.
  • Experience in electrical maintenance, testing, and commissioning of alternating-current and direct-current traction equipment is required.
  • Knowledge of power-system equipment, including transformers, breakers, current transformers, potential transformers, protection relays, and switchgear panels, is required.
  • Availability to work shifts, consisting of approximately 90% night shifts and 10% day shifts, is required.
  • At least four years of total experience is required, including at least one year in operation, maintenance, or commissioning of 750-volt direct-current equipment.
  • A valid work visa is required; sponsorship is not offered.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and perform maintenance activities with the team.
  • Perform servicing activities under annual maintenance contracts.
  • Perform troubleshooting activities under annual maintenance contracts.
  • Prepare service reports and support root-cause-analysis preparation.
  • Prepare annual maintenance contract documents, including root-cause analyses and reports.
