Requirements
  • A master's degree in psychology, counseling, or social work with coursework qualifying for licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Florida.
  • A valid Florida license as a Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Manager or Director of Clinical Services for an outpatient mental health facility.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve goals.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the overall quality and effectiveness of clinical services by managing clinical policy development, programming, quality improvement initiatives, and staff competency assessments.
  • Create, develop, and enhance clinical programming to meet organizational goals and patient needs.
  • Develop, plan, and implement strategic initiatives and new service offerings to support company growth and sustainability.
  • Collaborate closely with quality assurance, office management, and other departments to ensure seamless functioning, development, and delivery of clinical services.
  • Provide direct patient care and supervise interns or fellows for up to 20 hours per week, offering guidance and support as needed.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Doctorate Degree in Clinical Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) is preferred.
