Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in mechatronics, electronics, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Relevant professional experience in the elevator industry.
  • Customer and service orientation, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Good German and English language skills.
  • Cost and responsibility awareness and an interest in business processes.
  • High affinity for working with digital technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Process quotations, including qualifying sales leads, technically designing complex quotations, and obtaining supplier and subcontractor quotations.
  • Review inquiries for technical and scheduling feasibility.
  • Analyze equipment histories and condition reports.
  • Provide assistance with technical questions from technical specialists and service supervisors.
  • Prepare technical specifications and supplier specifications and initiate purchase requisitions.
  • Support the coordination of subcontractor installations in cooperation with the responsible service supervisor.
  • Prepare TÜV documentation and coordinate and create equipment documentation.
