Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., energy, environmental science, policy, or engineering) and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities
  • Designs and implements robust methodologies to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Align with Forecasting And Report Development Support Functional Area initiatives as a Methodology Development Specialist
  • Design replicable, non-proprietary methodologies for workforce and economic forecasting, ensuring alignment with DOE priorities
  • Provide Public Comment Review, Data Analysis, Modeling, Evaluation, Mapping, Forecasting And Report Development, Data Tracking Tools, Workforce Policy Analysis And Convening, as well as Energy Market Economic And Regulatory Analysis Technical Consulting Services and support for The Department of Energy Office of Policy
  • Develop methodologies, forecasts, and visual reports to support workforce and energy market trends analysis
  • Develop visual reports to support workforce and energy market trends analysis
  • Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment with DOE objectives
  • Cross-functional collaboration and participation in high-level DOE strategy discussions
  • Possibly clearance requirement (DOE Q) or ability to obtain clearance as project necessitates
