  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field (e.g. engineering, computer science, etc.), or Bachelor's degree in any field and 7+ years of professional experience working as a Product Manager.
  • 7+ years of experience in product management with a deep understanding of platform technologies, cloud infrastructure, and engineering processes.
  • Proven ability to define product vision, translate it into actionable roadmaps, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products.
  • Ability to research and understand user segments.
  • Experience with traditional OOH planning and buying processes.
  • Ad-tech experience preferred.
  • Previous development experience is a plus.
  • UI/UX experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Develop a strong understanding of the Traditional OOH planning and buying process to inform product development and prioritization decisions.
  • Manage and align the product backlog, prioritize features, write user stories, and work with UI/UX design to create and refine tickets for development.
  • Collaborate with engineering leaders on strategy and the creation and execution of roadmaps to enhance our Traditional OOH solutions.
  • Drive the integration of Adstruc’s capabilities into Vistar’s other product offerings, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.
  • Support the launch of new initiatives that impact customer workflows within the Traditional OOH space.
  • Measure product usage and gather user feedback to inform future iterations and improvements.
  • Play a key role in expanding our Traditional OOH solutions into international markets, ensuring that our products meet diverse market needs and opportunities.
