  • Identify synergies among activities and opportunities to increase total revenue per guest and per available room.
  • Anticipate high- and low-demand periods to optimize the activity mix and each segment's contribution.
  • Evaluate trade-offs among individual guests, groups, seminars, events, and banqueting uses of the hotel.
  • Work with sales teams to incorporate revenue-management considerations into meeting-space and event sales strategies.

  • Collaborate with sales on revenue management for group, seminar, study-day, and event inquiries.
  • Analyze the revenue potential of business opportunities and help identify the best commercial opportunities.
  • Provide strategic guidance on spa packages based on demand, timing, hotel capacity, and associated revenue opportunities.
  • Measure the overall contribution of events and groups, including accommodation, meeting spaces, food and beverage, and ancillary services.
  • Identify periods and configurations that maximize total event contribution rather than focusing on a single service's revenue.
  • Contribute to spa distribution and visibility across partner sites and channels for the 500-square-meter spa.
  • Monitor the spa's listing quality, positioning, and presentation of offers on partner platforms.
  • Analyze spa channel performance and identify ways to increase visibility, visits, and revenue.
  • Work with relevant teams to develop synergies between spa operations and other hotel activities.
  • Track the hotel's and its business lines' key performance indicators daily and weekly.
  • Analyze TRevPAR, RevPAR, ADR, occupancy, food-and-beverage, spa, MICE, and banqueting revenues and their changes.
  • Combine data from departments to identify trends, opportunities, and potential warning signs.
  • Monitor the market and competitors regularly.
  • Analyze variances between actual results, forecasts, and budget, and propose suitable action plans.
  • Turn analyses into actionable recommendations for hotel management and teams.
  • Partner with the hotel director on performance management.
  • Prepare and contribute to business reviews by consolidating data, analyzing performance, and highlighting key growth drivers.
  • Build an overall view of hotel performance and outlook with management.
  • Participate in the annual budget process by building and challenging revenue assumptions for each business line.
  • Set and challenge performance assumptions for occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, TRevPAR, MICE, banqueting, food and beverage, and spa revenue.
  • Use historical performance, market trends, the events calendar, competition, and commercial outlook to build realistic and ambitious forecasts.
  • Monitor budget objectives and help define corrective actions when needed.
  • Lead the hotel's distribution strategy to ensure the visibility, availability, and profitability of its channels.
  • Analyze contributions from online travel agencies, direct bookings, and other partners.
  • Optimize the distribution mix and net revenue.
  • Monitor contracts, allotments, and commercial terms and assess their impact on overall performance.
  • Identify new distribution and commercial opportunities to grow revenue.
