Fresh off a Series B $30M raise, co-led by Declaration Partners and 14W with additional investment from previous investor Charles River Ventures, and new investors Endeavor, Jessica Alba, Adam Grant and others, ResortPass is at the beginning of creating a new category of hospitality.
Reporting into the CEO, the Business Operations Manager will be a strategic partner across the business who gets into the weeds of our data. You are comfortable being in a player/coach role, and happy to work with senior management.
We are looking for someone who is located in or near the NYC area, as this role will be in person at our NYC headquarters. The base salary for this role will range from $130,000 - $160,000 per year, plus equity, commensurate with experience.
Your experience

- 3+ years experience in a Business Operations, Business Analyst or Product Strategy/Analytics role at a high growth consumer facing company
- Experience working in management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital preferred
- Experience working at a high-growth marketplace or consumer services start-up
- Must have experience in marketing/growth analytics (LTV/CAC, Retention, etc))
- A critical thinker with strong analytical skills; Must be proficient with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker. You will work with our engineering team to build a data foundation for our company and empower our team to properly use various analytical tools as we grow
- Extremely comfortable with financial modeling and complex data analysis
- Proven track record of working collaboratively and cross functionally; In this role you will help think through the analytics of every major business decision across our team including Product, Sales, Marketing, etc
- Passion to learn and solve problems by thinking outside of the box; you love to learn and when something isn’t clear, you figure it out
- Thrive in a fast-paced work environment; You set ambitious goals and if you fail, you fail fast, learn, and keep pushing forward
- Deeply self-aware with an openness to giving and receiving quality feedback
- Excellent written and verbal communicator; you have the ability to tell a story combining data with qualitative insights, and you understand how to tailor your communication to any audience
