Requirements
  • 3+ years experience in a Business Operations, Business Analyst or Product Strategy/Analytics role at a high growth consumer facing company
  • Experience working in management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital preferred
  • Experience working at a high-growth marketplace or consumer services start-up
  • Must have experience in marketing/growth analytics (LTV/CAC, Retention, etc))
  • A critical thinker with strong analytical skills; Must be proficient with Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker
  • Extremely comfortable with financial modeling and complex data analysis
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively and cross functionally
  • Passion to learn and solve problems by thinking outside of the box
  • Thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Deeply self-aware with an openness to giving and receiving quality feedback
  • Excellent written and verbal communicator
  • An effective project manager with a laser-focus on results

Responsibilities
  • Analyze trends and underlying issues within the business
  • Effectively communicate learnings and recommendations to key stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Senior Leadership to identify opportunities and deliver on service, profitability, and growth expectations for the business
  • Innovate and ask questions
  • Develop reporting framework for KPIs and revenue metrics
  • Report and provide analysis on KPIs, inclusive of related Investor materials
