Requirements
  • A Master's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a similar field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
  • At least 2 years of human resources-related experience, ideally in the education sector.
  • Experience managing stakeholders within an international environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and organizational skills.
  • Experience with talent-management software.
Responsibilities
  • Support the annual strategic planning process for the Talent Management function.
  • Review and analyze business requests to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee development and the employee value proposition.
  • Coordinate and follow up on the training and recruitment needs of different business areas.
  • Liaise with the recruitment team and business areas to ensure optimal progress of recruitment processes according to defined objectives and standards.
  • Develop and consolidate yearly analyses of key people metrics.
  • Collaborate in implementing and continuously developing all stages of the performance-management cycle.
  • Identify and implement technological improvements for the Talent Management function.
  • Ensure compliance with and alignment to IE's Talent Management policies across different departments.
