  • A minimum of five years of PeopleSoft Core HR, Talent Acquisition Manager/Candidate Gateway, and eApplications experience is required.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 or higher is required.

  • A solid understanding of PeopleSoft Core HR, Talent Acquisition Manager/Candidate Gateway, and eApplications setup tables and reporting is required.
  • A solid understanding of integration across all modules is required.

Responsibilities
  • Provide PeopleSoft functional consulting services as a subject matter expert and lead clients through the entire systems development lifecycle for PeopleSoft Core HR, Talent Acquisition Manager/Candidate Gateway, and eApplications.
  • Work on all project phases, including fit-gap analysis, configuration, and testing of PeopleSoft Core HR, Talent Acquisition Manager/Candidate Gateway, and eApplications.
  • Assist clients in integrating PeopleSoft Core HR, Talent Acquisition Manager/Candidate Gateway, and eApplications into their current business environments and provide input on best practices.
  • Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems.
  • Configure PeopleSoft Core HR, Talent Acquisition Manager/Candidate Gateway, and eApplications to meet each client’s unique business requirements.
  • Complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Report progress to clients and project managers.
  • Continuously identify ways to improve the delivery process for PeopleSoft Core HR, Talent Acquisition Manager/Candidate Gateway, and eApplications solutions.
  • Share knowledge to continually improve the implementation methodology.
