  • Author Management: Identify, recruit, and manage internal and external authors (including Workday executives and industry experts) for various content formats (e.g., articles, reports, blog posts, videos).
  • Production: Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of content across various channels (e.g., website, social media, email).
  • Performance Analysis: Track and analyze content performance to identify trends, measure impact, and inform future content strategy.
