Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in the beverage industry and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management
- Experience with Encompass data system and other IT systems
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have clean and valid driving record
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
- Proven track record of achieving assigned sales goals
Responsibilities
- Drive sales volume and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for each assigned CSR
- Provide feedback/coaching, corrective counseling, and performance reviews
- Establish and maintain regular communication with retail partners
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for all CSRs and warehouse associates
- Recruit top talent and participate in hiring process
- Conduct new hire orientation and training
- Conduct route rides to train and evaluate performance
- Manage inventory levels and review performance metrics daily
- Collaborate across the organization and share best practices
- Build a diverse organization reflecting the marketplace
