Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in the beverage industry and Direct Store Delivery (DSD) management
  • Experience with Encompass data system and other IT systems
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must have clean and valid driving record
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
  • Proven track record of achieving assigned sales goals
Responsibilities
  • Drive sales volume and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets for each assigned CSR
  • Provide feedback/coaching, corrective counseling, and performance reviews
  • Establish and maintain regular communication with retail partners
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for all CSRs and warehouse associates
  • Recruit top talent and participate in hiring process
  • Conduct new hire orientation and training
  • Conduct route rides to train and evaluate performance
  • Manage inventory levels and review performance metrics daily
  • Collaborate across the organization and share best practices
  • Build a diverse organization reflecting the marketplace
