  • Experience in the Kids and Baby retail/apparel industry required
  • E-commerce experience and/or DTC experience preferred
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in color design, color analysis, print + pattern
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Motivated by working in a fast-paced collaborative environment, where flexibility to stretch into or out of functional comfort zones is crucial for team success
  • Product obsessed with experience in leveraging data tools and external sources to guide design decisions

Responsibilities
  • Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams including merchandising, sourcing, product development, marketing and creative
  • Lead creative concept for Kids and Baby development through visual research, data analysis, mockups, presentations and storytelling.
  • Concept and develop brand-right print + pattern and color palettes for apparel and home
  • Create and maintain artwork mill sheets
  • Present creative work to leadership and be able to adjust design decisions accordingly with feedback.
  • Own color dip and strikeoff development and approval
