Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate, promote, and sell COTTONCITIZEN’s products by strategically presenting functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.
  • Develop and foster relationships, maintain close communications with prospects to close sales, and promote customer retention.
  • Meet and exceed targets by achieving monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition and sales.
  • Track progress and results by recording prospect interactions and tracking goal attainment in the customer relationship management system.
  • Research and understand the target market and stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and COTTONCITIZEN’s overall local market opportunity.

Cotton Citizen makes premium basics for men and women, including tees, tanks, loungewear, and denim using premium cotton and hand-dyed finishes. Its vertically integrated Los Angeles dye house lets designers control every step from design to production in small batches. The brand differentiates itself through family ownership, deep manufacturing know-how, and in-house dyeing and finishing that yield a lived-in, denim-inspired look.
